How to Buy Tickets
There are three ways to purchase tickets to our performance:
online, at the BBT's school offices, or by
mail.
Please Note: All sales are final. No cancellations. No refunds. No
exchanges. All persons regardless of age must have a ticket . Seat requests are
processed in order of receipt. Tickets will arrive in the mail within 2 weeks.
If performance is within seven days, tickets may be picked up at the BBT/School
of Russian Ballet table at the theatre beginning two hours prior to the
performance.
- Online:
Tickets may be purchased online 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

- Choose the tickets you would like
- If you are not Registered with Kassa (Box office), please register (this is
different from regular registration. We ask additional questions: Billing
Address, Credit Card Number and etc. This information is secure.)
- Choose Shipping Method (unless the concert is less than 7 days away)
- Pay for your tickets (We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American
Express)
- Wait for your confirmation via e-mail
- Follow directions in the confirmation letter

Attention:
- RussianNY.com Service charge includes credit card processing fee and package
handling. RussianNY sells the tickets on behalf of the promoters, therefore it
does not set the ticket price and seating locations.
- Please make sure you indicate correct information such as DELIVERY ADDRESS,
TELEPHONE NUMBER and UPDATED E-Mail address. RussianNY can not be held
responsible if the wrong information was provided by you such as missing
Apartment number or incorrect Building, Street or City. Your order might get
lost or delivered elsewhere shall you make a mistake in typing your own
information.
- Policies set forth by the promoters, including venues, and theatres, prohibit RussianNY.com from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been
purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. There is no refund
or exchange on tickets. Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed or
changed by the promoter, team, band or venue. Should this occur, we will attempt
to contact you via e-mail to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for
that event. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed event, please
check the event information online in Calendar of Events/Kassa Section or
contact us at tickets@russianny.com. RussianNY.com typically only offers refunds
and/or exchanges based on the promoter's, team's or venue's instructions. In
order to receive a refund or an exchange that may be offered, you will have to
comply with the promoter's, team's or venue's instructions or deadlines that
will be send to you in the e-mail.
- Your tickets will be delivered by the shipping method you desire. Orders are
processed only after a credit card has been verified. Occasionally, we receive
incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can
delay processing and delivery. In these cases, RussianNY will attempt to contact
you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If we are unable to
reach you after its initial attempt, RussianNY may cancel your order and may
sell your tickets to another customer. RussianNY is not responsible for
incorrect mailing information you provide to us. Your Last Name MUST be
displayed on the mail box to ensure fast and secure delivery by the USPS(United
States Postal Service). Absolutely no P.O Boxes. RussianNY.com will not be held
responsible for the lost or misplaced tickets shipped to your place of business.
- If the concert is less than 7 days away, the tickets are NOT MAILED OUT. Your
tickets will be expecting you at the box office approximatly one hour before the
event. This is not reservation!! We charge credit card in advance.
- RussianNY is not affiliated with any concert halls, concert venues or other
ticket web sites. RussianNY.com is not responsible for the products, services,
actions, omisssions or failure to act of any venue, performer, promoter or other
third party in connection with or referenced on the
RussianNY.com. The name of
the artists or bands schedule to perform may change without prior notice.
RussianNY is not responsible for any changes that might occur.
- Lost, Stolen or Destroyed Tickets: Contact us as soon as you notice your
tickets are missing or have been destroyed. We will verify your order and seat
location and attempt to make alternate arrangements for your entry into the event.(Please contact us at least 3-4 business days prior to the event,
preferably in writing)
