Brighton Ballet Theater. School of Russian Ballet Brighton Ballet Theater was created to preserve and further the tradition of Russian classical and folk dance in New York City. The goals of BBT are:

to provide an AFFORDABLE and PROFESSIONAL dance education and performance opportunities to all students, regardless of talent, ability or ethnic background;

to serve as a community cultural oasis;

to create a common ground through dance so children, of many ethnic and immigrant communities can interact and study other cultures through classical ballet and folk dances

By adhering to these goals, BBT hopes to mold and develop responsible, well-rounded, passionate children who have the potential to succeed in any field. “Jump for Joy” - This program is for children 2-4 y.o.
“Fairytale in Motion”
A specially designed children’s program that allows children to enter the world of ballet through their imagination.

BBT uses a unique program-methodology for working with children as young as 2 years old. This methodology is proven to have the best results for allowing children to gain control over their body and prepare them mentally, as well as physically for ballet classes. This methodology is developed and soon to be patented by the school director and founder, Irina Roizin.

Children’s Division includes classes such as Music Appreciation, Creative Movement, Rhythmic (Fairytale in Motion), and Rhythmic - Gymnastics for Dance.

"Jump For Joy" program is designed to catalyze children’s psychological development and to improve their concentration, memory, and discipline. Classes in this program promote muscle development, and allow children to develop beautiful posture and graceful walk.
